Returns and exchanges

Frequently asked questions

If an item you have purchased online does not fit and you wish to exchange for a different size, please check stock availability online. Online orders can only be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be in the original condition of purchase.

We do not accept any change of mind returns/refunds. Please choose wisely when purchasing items. There is one sample of each product on Campus in the PCL/Gravitas Media Print shop, if you wish to view the product before purchasing online.

Online returns can be sent back to PCL/Gravitas Media within 14 days of purchase. Please ensure you have filled out the returns form along with the original invoice when sending your items back to us. Package your parcel securely, affix postage and send to: PCL/Gravitas Media, UOW returns and exchanges, Building C, 4 Pukekiwiriki Place, Highbrook Business Park, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013. There is an address label attached for your convenience.

We will contact you when we have processed your request. We recommend that you return your items via registered mail, to ensure a safe and documented delivery. PCL/Gravitas Media are not liable for the loss or damage of an item being returned. Your return can take up to 5 days to process from arrival.

Courier costs for returning items for a different size will be at your own expense. For replacement of faulty items or incorrect size sent, email orders@uowshop.co.nz and we will arrange the return postage of your item/s. If an item is being exchanged for a different product, shipping fees for the exchange will be waivered.

We accept credit cards including Visa and Master Card. If you would like alternative payment options please send us an email.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancel an order after they have been submitted.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days within New Zealand.

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

The shipping cost is calculated automatically based on size of package and destination. Simply add any products you are looking at into your shopping cart, and then under view cart enter your post code to get an exact shipping cost.

We declare packages to help avoid unnecessary duties or taxes when entering foreign countries. However, we cannot stop this, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees. Any applicable tax on New Zealand orders is included in the price. Any duty tax charges that may be applied on overseas orders is the responsibility of the customer to pay.
